Who do I make the October 1 invoice payment to?
- You will need to make the payment to the village of Indiantown.
- Your October 1, 2020 invoice will be mailed from the Village of Indiantown.
For online payments:
- You will need to set up a new online account for your UTILITY services with the Village of Indiantown at their website: www.indiantownfl.gov
Please Note: As of September 26, 2020, the E-Care online portal will no longer be available here at the Indiantown Company website for you to make UTILITY (water/wastewater) payments.
- To make an online ACH payment: You will need to set up a new ACH payment with the Village of Indiantown. Please visit their website, www.indiantownfl.gov or call the phone number below.
- To make a payment by credit or debit card: You will need to make your payment to the Village of Indiantown. Please visit their website, www.indiantownfl.gov or call the phone number below.
For cash or check payments:
- You may still pay in cash or check for UTILITY services at the Indiantown Company Service Center at 15931 SW Warfield Blvd. until further notice or by check using the drop box located at 15925 SW Warfield Blvd.
If you use autopay (automatic debit):
- Your current automatic payment (debit) will be canceled with Indiantown Company. You will need to set up a new automatic payment with the Village of Indiantown. Please visit their website, www.indiantownfl.gov or call 772-597-2121.
If you use bill pay services through your bank:
- You will need to contact your bank and make sure you have “Village of Indiantown” set up as the payee for your UTILITY invoice. You will also need to change the payment address to one noted on your Village of Indiantown invoice.
Security Deposits:
- If you currently have a security deposit on file with Indiantown Company for your UTILITY services, the deposit will be transferred over to your new account with the Village of Indiantown.
