NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO F.S. 166.045
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 166.045, Florida Statutes, that a public hearing will be held wherein the Village Council of the Village of Indiantown will consider the approval of the Village’s purchase of certain real property, to wit:
Parcel #1: Lots 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, Block 22, PLAT "B" INDIANTOWN, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 79, of the Public Records of Martin County, Florida.
Size: 0.7361 acres, more or less.

The public hearing will be held at a meeting of the Indiantown Village Council, located at the Village Council Chambers, 15516 SW Osceola St., Suite C, Indiantown, FL 34956 on November 16, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. All interested parties may attend said meeting and be heard.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council at the meeting or public hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), anyone who needs a special accommodation for this meeting should contact the Village Clerk’s office at 772-597-8294 at least three (3) business days in advance of the meeting.
