Phase 1 Instructions for Invoice Payment

The changes below go into effect on your September 1, 2020 invoice.

If you have a combined invoice for internet and telephone:

  • If you presently receive a combined invoice for internet, telephone (Telecom) and water and wastewater (Utility) services, we will be separating it into two invoices.  You will receive an invoice from Indiantown Company for your Utility services and a separate invoice from ITS Fiber for your Telecom related services
  • You will need to send a separate payment for each of these invoices made payable to the respective Company.
  • If you presently have an online account (E-Care) and you normally receive a combined Utility and Telecom services invoice:
    • You will need to set up a new online account for your Utility services with Indiantown Company.
    • Your current online account (E-Care) will remain as-is for your Telecom services.

If you have water service invoice only (no combined bill with telephone):

  • You will pay your bill as usual to Indiantown company.
  • Please note: if you normally pay online, you will only be able to access paying through this website until September 26, 2020.

If you use autopay:

  • Your automatic payments will not be affected at this time

If you use bill pay services through your bank:

  • You will need to contact your bank and make sure you have “Indiantown Company” set up as the payee for your Utility invoice.
  • And you are an ITS Fiber customer, you should already have ITS Fiber set up as the payee for your Telecom invoice.

For cash or check payments:

  • You may still pay in cash or check for Utility services at the ITS Fiber/Indiantown Company Service Center at 15931 SW Warfield Blvd. or by check using the drop box located at 15925 SW Warfield Blvd. When the Village of Indiantown fully takes over, they will notify you of any change in invoice payment locations or methods.

Security Deposits:

  • If you currently have a deposit on file with Indiantown Company for your UTILITY services, the deposit will be transferred over to your new account with the Village of Indiantown.
