NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Indiantown, Florida, will be accepting sealed proposals for its: Requests for Proposals for Communications Consultant – Village RFP No. 2020-001-HB. Sealed proposals will only be accepted at the Office of the Village Clerk, 16550 SW Warfield BLVD, Indiantown, Florida 34956, until 3:00 PM., Eastern Standard Time, on January 27th, 2020, at which time and place all proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Village Hall. When delivering your proposal, please note that Village Office Hours are limited to Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
The nature and scope of this contract is: The Village of Indiantown is soliciting proposals from professional Communications Consultants, or firms, to assist the Village with informing the press and public of the Village’s work in an effective, timely, and concise manner.
Proposers shall submit one (1) color original, one (1) USB flash drive with a searchable PDF copy of the proposal in its entirety, and three (3) hard copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope. The RFP Name, RFP Number, and name of the company submitting the proposal shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. Email and facsimile responses shall not be accepted. Proposals received after the time and date specified will not be considered and will be returned to the proposer unopened.
Detailed instructions regarding this Request for Proposals will be available for download on www.demandstar.com beginning January 6th, 2020. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than DemandStar are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. Furthermore, any and all addendums will be posted and disseminated solely via DemandStar. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Daniel W. Eick, MPS, MPA, Management Analyst, via email at deick [at] indiantownfl.gov, before the question deadline specified in the full RFP. The Village of Indiantown reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all proposals.
