NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Indiantown, Florida, will be accepting sealed proposals for its: Preparation of Land Development Regulations request for proposals – Village RFP No. 2019-001-HB. Sealed proposals will only be accepted at the Office of the Village Clerk, 16550 SW Warfield BLVD, Indiantown, Florida 34956, until 4:30 PM., Eastern Standard Time, on June 28th, 2019, at which time and place all proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Village Hall. When delivering your proposal, please note that Village Office Hours are limited to Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
The nature and scope of this contract is: The Village of Indiantown is soliciting proposals from professional planning consultants or firms to prepare land development regulations as required by Ch. 163, Fla. Stat.
Proposers shall submit ONE (1) MARKED ORIGINAL, FIVE (5) PHOTOCOPIES, AND ONE (1) PDF COPY ON CD OR USB DRIVE OF THE COMPLETED RFP PACKAGE in a sealed envelope. The RFP Name, RFP Number, and time and date of the RFP closing shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. Email and facsimile responses shall not be accepted. Proposals received after the time and date specified will not be considered and will be returned to the proposer unopened.
Detailed instructions regarding this Request for Proposals will be available for download on www.demandstar.com, or by calling 1-800-711-1712, beginning May 25th, 2019. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than DemandStar are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. Furthermore, any and all addendums will be posted and disseminated solely via DemandStar. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Susan A. Owens, MPA, MMC, Village Clerk, via email at sowens [at] indiantownfl.gov, before the question deadline specified in the full RFP. The Village of Indiantown reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all proposals.
